Blink and Kivo Studios materials

Blink’s original website text, interface compositions, illustrations and brand assets belong to Kivo Studios or their respective rights holders. The Blink and Kivo Studios names identify our product and studio. This page does not assert a trademark registration that has not been confirmed.

You may link to public pages and quote short passages with appropriate attribution where the law allows. Do not imply that your product, event or account is endorsed by Kivo Studios without written permission.

Press and editorial use

The Press Room includes a downloadable brand kit for factual reporting about Blink. Keep the wordmark legible, preserve its proportions and provide context that identifies Blink as a Kivo Studios product.

The kit does not grant a right to resell the assets, register confusing domains or social handles, use the logo as your own product identity, or imply a commercial partnership. Contact [email protected] for another use.

Photographs, fonts and personal content

Marketing and app sample photographs are subject to their own source permissions and are not included in the press-kit licence. A visible profile illustration does not grant permission to reuse the person’s likeness.

DM Sans, DM Serif Display and Caveat are bundled with their open font licence notices. Other software and media can carry separate licences. Using an original website illustration does not transfer those third-party rights.

People retain rights in the photos and messages they create. Never republish someone’s private conversation, identifying information or intimate image without a lawful basis and the necessary permission.

Tell us about a rights concern

Email [email protected] with your name, contact details, the work you hold rights in, and the exact page or material you believe infringes those rights. Explain your authority to act if you represent someone else.

Please include enough detail to locate and assess the material, but do not attach unnecessary identity documents or circulate an intimate image. We may request proportionate additional information and contact the person responsible where appropriate. A report should be made honestly and should identify the remedy you are requesting.
